My journey in empowerment coaching began when…. I trusted the inner call to create a women’s empowerment group at a leading destination medical center in Florida.  I was able to align with an enterprise employee resource group to educate and empower workers. I led a team that created specific trainings to help women throughout the organization (and across the United States) level up in their lives whether it be personal or professional.  It was in this endeavor that I realized my passion for helping connect, educate, and uplift others on a large scale.  Although my career has been in the medical field to help others get physical healing, my soul mission is to use my intuition, authentic connection, education, and heart knowledge to help others breakthrough emotional barriers that have held them back for far too long.

My formal educational pursuits include both a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. The most recent educational endeavor includes a dual certification in Health and Life Coaching from the Health Coach Institute/International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA). I consider myself to be a lifelong learner and can frequently be found with either a book in my hand or writing about self-development.

I lean into an abundance mindset and stay grateful that I have had many other titles given to me such as mother, daughter, sister, companion, and friend. All of these roles have revealed different parts of myself which I now draw on these experiences to be of service to others. I have an intuitive ability to sense the feelings of others and understand them on a deeper level.  My gift is to offer understanding, form a true connection, bring about clarity, and lead clients through a long-awaited journey of emotional healing.  Along with my Breakthrough Guru clients, we are creating a healing impact on this world that has an exponential ripple effect.
